Terms of Service

• Please double check that you have entered your avatar name correctly without the 'guest_' prefix. We are unable to refund your order if credits are delivered to the wrong IMVU avatar.
• Delivery is normally instant, however it may be delayed by technical difficulties beyond our control such as IMVU or Paypal outages.
• We can only give out refunds if the full value of the credits purchased is returned to us.
• We do not tolerate fraud. Unauthorized payment is prohibited. Failure to comply with these ToS will result in your IMVU account being disabled; you may also face legal action. Whichever selected payment method you choose, you agree that you are the owner and have permission to use it. If a chargeback is made after a successful purchase of credits from us because of unauthorised use, or for any other reason, IMVU will be informed and you will have your account disabled.
• A maximum of 100,000 credits may be purchased per weekly period.
• Your avatar name will be banned from IMVULOVE.COM if you are a reseller that is purchasing bulk credits in order to gain profits from your reselling fee. We offer limited credits at discounted rates for real IMVU customers only.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion with a full refund.
