Why haven't I received my credits?
Please note if you are a new customer on our site, the credits will not be delivered instantly. There will be a slight delay due to verification. Established customer will have their credits delivered instantly. If you do not receive your credits within 12 hours please email us at admin@imvulove.com.
Sometimes due to technical problems such as PayPal or IMVU outages, the credit delivery may be delayed. If you still havent receive your credits please email us at admin@imvulove.com with your PayPal email address, avatar name and date of purchase. This will enable us to check the transactions easily and we will get back to you ASAP!
Is my purchase going to be an instant transfer?
Yes it is, provided you pay with a Credit or Debit card or a PayPal account. New customers (first time buyers) will have their credits manually delivered. There might be a slight
delay due to verifications.
Can I buy credits with eChecks?
Sorry we do not accept eChecks or Money Orders. We only accept Credit Cards and payments from
Verified PayPal accounts!
Why can't I buy credits?
This could be caused for a number of different reasons:
Your account may be triggered by our fraud filters. We reserves the right to withhold information about fraud filters
in order to provide a secure environment for our users.
Your account has been banned from purchasing credits due to fraud cases. If you believe your
account has been mistakenly suspended, please contact us at support@imvulove.com.
Why can't I buy AP products?
IMVU users who do not own an access pass are not allowed to purchase AP products from our shopping
store.We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion with a full refund.
